Summer School at the University of Bamberg, Germany, 19 to 20 September 2025.
Following the workshop Studying the Language of Young Learners (September 17th-18th), the YGLE project leaders will contribute to a panel discussion at the summer school Methods and Development in Learner Corpus Research, organized by YGLE doctoral researchers Bethany Stoddard and Lea Bracke.
This summer school is geared toward early-career researchers, especially MA Students, PhD students, and early Post-Docs. In addition to plenary talks and presentations by participants, the summer school will include workshops and networking events. For more information, see here.

We welcome submissions relating to any aspect of the theme Methods and Developments in Learner Corpus Research at https://easyabs.linguistlist.org/conference/MEDELCR/. Presentation slots will be 15 minutes (10 min. presentation + 5 min. for discussion) and presentations may be conducted in German or English. Abstracts should be approximately 300-500 words excluding references.
Proposals may be submitted until May 2nd and decisions will be sent out in early June.
